天津市副市长崔津渡:社保理事会比我们管得好

     我觉得全国社保理事会管这个钱比我们管得好，我对天津这个钱的要求是只能进行银行存款，不搞投资，连国债都没有。但社保有一套非常强大、专业的投资队伍，无论是安全性还是收益性，全国社保基金肯定比我们高明得多。我特别拥护让他们管这笔钱。
