江西劳动和社保厅表示:试用期员工也可享受有社保

    针对一些用人单位以“试用期”为名不给员工办理社会保险的情况，江西省劳动和社会保障厅相关负责人近日提醒说，只要建立了事实劳动关系，不管是否在“试用期”内，用人单位都应为从业人员缴纳社保；如果用人单位拒缴，员工可向劳动和社会保障部门举报。

    江西省劳动和社会保障厅近日公布的数据显示，今年前9个月，劳动和社会保障部门在全省范围内开展社会保险征缴执法大检查，补签劳动合同16.4万人，督促用人单位补缴社会保险费3.94亿元。

    江西劳动和社会保障厅表示，近期将加大劳动保障年度审查，确保社会保险基金应收尽收。
