保险公司涉足年金市场

    昨日获悉，平安保险集团将在渝设专门养老保险公司，管理市民的“第二养老金”。

    所谓“第二养老金”，就是企业年金，指企业为职工购买法定的养老保险后，给职工购买的补充养老保险。

    据介绍，平安养老保险重庆分公司已获准筹建，正向重庆保监局申请备案。该公司主营企业年金业务，以及与企业年金相配套的临时性商业补充养老保险等。

    我国从2003年开始鼓励企业为职工买“第二养老金”。
