中国人寿资产管理（香港）公司增资扩股

    记者在中国人寿资产管理有限公司获悉，近日，中国保监会同意该公司旗下的中国人寿资产管理（香港）有限公司进行增资扩股，并引入富兰克林邓普顿投资集团和中国人寿（海外）股份有限公司作为境外战略投资者。合资公司拟更名为中国人寿富兰克林资产管理有限公司，目前正在向香港有关机构办理更名手续。这是中国人寿继在港获批资产管理牌照后，在资金管理业务方面又一厚积致远之举，标志着中国人寿国际化专业投资水平踏上一个新的台阶。
