经中国保监会批准 中英人寿大股东首次增资四亿

    经中国保监会批准，中英人寿大股东中粮集团和英杰华集团近日正式完成对中英人寿注册资本金的首次增资。本次增资行动由中外双方股东共同注资4亿元人民币，从而使中英人寿的注册资本金达到9亿元人民币。

    对于此次增资，中英人寿总裁张文伟表示，“中英人寿的双方股东一直对中英人寿的发展寄予厚望，从资本金等方面给予了大力支持。此次增资将不仅配合中英人寿业务发展的需要，满足监管政策的要求，更增强了中英人寿的偿付能力和承保能力。”
