公众场所责任险今年试点

    今年在公园、商场等公众聚集场所开始试点强制责任保险。    

    强制推行公众责任险已经呼吁多年。昨日，在全国保险工作会议上保监会主席吴定富透露，公众聚集场所强制责任保险今年试点开始，并将大力发展责任保险，争取将责任保险纳入社会应急机制。    

    该产品将成为继交强险后的第二个强制投保的产品。所谓责任保险，即以投保人对第三方依法应负的赔偿责任为保险标的的险种。    

    公众场所强制投保该产品后，如果发生意外时消费者可以获得保险公司的赔偿，从而解决公众事件索赔难的问题。
