保监会表态 健康险"新瓶装旧酒"不属违规行为

    返还型健康险在被“叫停”后，保险公司纷纷推出了“组合型”的重疾险来应对，市场普遍认为有“新瓶装旧酒”，打擦边球的嫌疑。对此，保监会主席助理陈文辉上周在参加保监会例行的在线访谈时首度表态，称这种做法并不违规。他表示，目前我国保险市场有些消费者对于寿险的储蓄功能比较看好，保险公司推出了“组合型”套餐产品，在一定程度上与市场需求是吻合的。但他强调，保险公司在销售过程中应该明确告知消费者。
