假冒弟弟骗保险 今朝事发被起诉

    发生交通事故后，为骗取保险金竟假冒弟弟的名义办理假驾驶证，从保险公司骗取保险金4万元，近日，涉嫌保险诈骗罪的王某被河北省晋州市检察院提起公诉。

    去年8月底，王某无证驾驶一辆农用四轮汽车行驶至307国道藁城路段时，与一骑自行车的男子发生碰撞，致该男子当场死亡。王某想到自己的车虽已入了保险，但自己没有驾驶证，保险公司不理赔，于是心生一计，何不假冒有驾驶证的弟弟？于是王某从石家庄一地摊上花200元买了一个写有其弟弟名字的假驾驶证，冒用其弟的名义与死者家属达成了赔偿协议。后王某又到保险公司骗取了保险金4万元。今年1月份王某的行为被交警部门发现。
