瑞士再保险去年盈利37亿美元

    瑞士再保险公司日前宣布，该公司去年盈利再创新高，净利润增长98%至46亿瑞士法郎(约37.9亿美元)，每股净收益13.49瑞士法郎，股本收益率达16.3%。

    2006年，瑞士再保险公司的保费收入增长10%，达295亿瑞士法郎，其中寿险和健康险运营收入增长9%，达152亿瑞士法郎。产险和意外险运营收入增长了42亿瑞士法郎，达50亿瑞士法郎。金融服务业务总收入增长26%，达20亿瑞士法郎，总收入回报率为26.9%。运营收益增长21%，达4.6亿瑞士法郎。投资业务的收益达69亿瑞士法郎，投资回报率高达5.3%。股东权益增长了27%，达309亿瑞士法郎。

    瑞士再保险公司CEO艾建郡(Jacques Aigrain)表示：“基于瑞士再保强劲的财务形势和我们对实现可持续性盈利增长的信心，瑞士再保计划实施股份回购方案，并建议增加分红。”公司董事会将向年度股东大会提议，将股利提高36%，使其达到每股3.40瑞士法郎。该公司还计划在未来的三年中回购最多可达60亿瑞士法郎的股票。
