保监会公布新版车险

    刚刚上岗9个月的06版商业车险(A、B、C)将升级换代。3月11日，中国保险监督管理委员会对外公布了新的07版商业车险(A、B、C)，新条款中盗抢险成为主险，A款和B款中还规定，“驾驶人饮酒、吸食或注射毒品、被药物麻醉后使用被保险机动车”是免责条款。

    据悉，这三款商业车险是在中国保险行业协会牵头下，中国人保 VA W、中国平安(B)、太平洋(C)三家公司联合制定的，预计将在4月后正式执行。
