李东生代表:尽快建立社保流转机制

    正在北京参加十届全国人大五次会议的全国人大代表、TCL集团董事长李东生说，目前我国的社会劳动保险体制还需要进一步完善，跨地区转移社会劳动保险无法实现，劳动者合法权益得不到有效保障。

    李东生代表建议，国家应该尽快制定社会劳动保险在全国范围内的流转机制，保障劳动者的合法权益。“在当前情况下，最直接的方法是，对不能转出的劳动保险社保部门应该把劳动保险金全额退还给员工。”李东生说。
