我国养老金水平将适时提高

    劳动和社会保障部副部长刘永富、民政部副部长李立国昨日在全国人大举行的记者招待会上分别表示，对已经退休人员将适时提高养老金水平。农村最低生活保障制度有望上半年全面建立。

    刘永富说，温家宝总理日前在政府工作报告中提出，今年要启动城镇居民医疗保险改革试点。劳动保障部正在会同有关方面制定具体的实施方案，计划在“十一五”期间基本实现这项制度。这项制度的覆盖范围主要是没有参加城镇职工医疗保险的城镇未成年人和没有工作的居民。这项制度实施以后，医疗保险基本覆盖了城镇所有人员。

    李立国在回答记者提问时表示，农村最低生活保障制度有望在上半年全面建立起来。目前我国已经有25个省区市和2133个县建立了农村低保制度，低保对象有1509万人。未建立农村低保制度的地区，也普遍实行了农村特困户定期定量救助，救助人数近730万。
