2007版车险亮相 统一部分附加险条款和费率

    中国保监会日前批复同意中国保险行业协会修订机动车商业保险行业基本条款的申请，同时要求中国保险行业协会协助各有关财产保险公司做好机动车商业保险条款的改造和衔接工作。保监会还规定，2006年批准的机动车商业保险行业基本条款将于2007年4月1日停止使用。

    据了解，在06版条款对主险进行统一的基础上，07版条款对部分附加险的条款和费率进行了统一。以新版A款车险条款为例，除之前已统一的商业三者险、车损险等主险外，07版条款将车上人员责任险、盗抢险、玻璃单独破碎险、车身划痕损失险、可选免赔额特约条款、不计免赔率特约条款6个附加险种的条款和费率进行了统一。
