买宝马不看保险合同 糊涂车主理赔少两万

    买车时充分享受销售商的“一条龙”服务，结果忘了索取保险合同文本，交通事故发生后，宝马车主宁女士才发现自己“吃了大亏”，根据免责条款，保险理赔被打了八折，足足少了2万多。记者今天从浦东法院了解到，法院对宁女士起诉保险公司一案做出一审判决，宁女士要求保险公司赔偿20786元保险金的诉讼请求，不予支持。
