企业欠缴养老保险费 工商管理部门应拒绝注册登记

    电全国人大代表、万事利集团公司董事局主席沈爱琴说，要使企业足额按时缴纳养老保险与注册登记、年检挂上钩，促进解决职工的后顾之忧。

    沈爱琴建议，组织起草或修订相关法律、法规，明确规定各有关部门齐抓共管企业养老保险工作，如企业到工商部门办理注册登记、年检等手续时，必须先办理参加基本养老保险手续，未参加基本养老保险或不按时足额缴纳基本养老保险费的企业，工商管理部门应拒绝注册登记或年检，税务部门不提供发票等。而且，要研究制定个体工商户、灵活就业人员交费和基本养老金计算办法等政策。
