保监会批准2007版新车险 加大对违规的处罚力度

    保监会昨天宣布，正式批准新版机动车商业保险行业基本条款(以下简称2007版新车险)。保监会同时强调，将加大对违规降费的保险公司的处罚力度。

    2006年，保监会将车险分为A、B、C三套，本就有遏制行业恶性竞争的意图，并且下达了车险优惠不得低于七折的“限折令”。不过，个别保险公司为了招揽客户，常常采取各种途径把折扣打到很低。保监会据此表示，下一步对于违规降费、滥用费率调节系数、误导消费者等不规范经营行为，将加大处罚力度。

    新版车险行业条款将于2007年4月1日起正式启用。与2006年版车险最大不同的是，2007版新车险进一步扩大了覆盖范围，涵盖了车辆损失险、商业三者险、车上人员责任险、盗抢险、不计免赔率特约险、玻璃单独破碎险、车身划痕损失险和可选免赔额特约险等8个险种；新版行业产品仍然为A、B、C三套，保障范围、费率结构、费率水平和费率调节系数基本一致、略有差异。
