浙江嘉善人保财险赔付首起农房保险火灾案

    浙江嘉善发改局、民政局、人保财险嘉善支公司负责人及公司相关理赔人员专程到魏塘镇城南村，将3600元赔款送到该村村民戴常(投保单姓名为其女儿戴小燕)手中，使受灾保户安心度年关。至此，嘉善支公司仅用一天时间就对嘉善首起政策性农房保险火灾案进行了赔付，体现了特惠政策，兑现了三日送达赔款的社会承诺。

    政策性农房保险是一项实事工程和民心工程，嘉善支公司于2006年底配合政府完成了全县11个镇、165个村、74374户农户的政策性农村住房保险承保工作(其中魏塘镇城南村共445户)。

    2月15日15时38分，嘉善支公司通过95518接报案称嘉善县魏塘镇城南村郑家宅基14号戴小燕家发生火灾，导致房屋屋顶被烧毁。公司立即联系该村委员会及出险农户，迅速调派理赔人员赶赴现场进行查勘，并依据农房保险条款房屋三级倒塌赔付标准，核定损失。同时，考虑到该保户家境等情况，公司本着“急保户所急，想保户所想”的态度，于第二天就进行了赔付。
