新车险将实施车主扎堆续保

    新车险4月1日后费率提高，不少车主纷纷提前续保旧车险，部分保险公司的营业厅内出现车主续保扎堆现象。保险协会的相关人员表示，提前续保没有必要，也不划算。  

    今天，记者走访了市区部分保险公司后发现，不少车主忙着购买车险。市民王先生告诉记者，听说从4月1日起，各保险公司将正式启用2007版商业车险条款，现行的2006版条款同时停止使用。因此，部分车主正在考虑退保后提前续保旧车险，从而可以少花点钱。

    保险公司的人员介绍说，新车险费率略高，主要由于保障范围扩大，如增加了不计免赔特约条款等。但总体来看，实际费率并没有提高。新车险条款规定，续保费率只与上年度出险记录挂钩，不再追溯往年出险记录，而且老车险条款中规定的多次出险车费率最高上浮100%，2007版改为最高上浮30%，也变相下调了费率。

    临沂市保险协会的相关负责人表示，4月1日即将执行的新车险，确实费率略有提高，但市民没必要提前续保旧车险。由于新车险年费也就比原来多几十元，去年购买的原商业车险尚未到期的市民，如果退保后提前续保，并不划算。(新浪网)
