河南省郑州市建立社会保险举报奖励制度

    针对“已就业人员仍按月领取失业保险金”“医保卡当成‘万能购物卡’”等套取社保基金的违规行为，河南省郑州市政府今年将拨出10万元作为专项奖励基金，建立社会保险举报奖励制度。    

    据统计，河南省郑州市去年共稽查养老、医疗、工伤、失业及生育五项社保险种缴费单位9535户，共核查享受社保待遇25474人，查处违规享受社保待遇112人，追缴违规金额近15万元。市劳动和社会保障局总工程师盛喜真表示，在查获的各类套取社保基金行为中，医疗保险待遇支付领域成为“重灾区”，医保违规涉及人数占全市社保违规人数的近四成。为堵住社保基金因违规操作导致的流失“黑洞”，今年市社保稽查部门将全面推进五项社会保险待遇支付稽查行动，重点稽查医疗保险待遇支付。

    为鼓励市民积极参与社保监督，今年郑州市政府将首次建立社会保险举报奖励制度，并投入10万元作为专项奖励基金，对举报社会保险违法违规，并经查证属实的举报人给予现金奖励。
