7级伤残以上才赔 保险公司忽悠人

    2005年9月1日，湖北武汉的周先生为儿子买了份人寿保险，有效期一年。2006年4月7日，儿子在放学路上被车撞伤，经鉴定为“10级伤残”。之后，周先生找保险公司索赔，公司工作人员说，小孩伤残没有达到保险规定的7级以上，不予赔付。汉阳消协受理投诉后，看到保险条款中并没有明确规定7级以上才赔；只注明按伤残程度赔，赔付标准按“赔付比例表”，可“比例表”中没有7级以下的赔付标准。经多次调解，保险公司终于同意赔付周先生720元伤残费。
