上海市旅游委:旅行社责任险应与上年经营情况挂钩

    在旅游业快速发展的今天，旅游保险的步伐却略显缓慢。日前举行的“2007旅游保险论坛”上，旅游业与保险业再次发出了合作的强音，并把合作的目光聚焦在了旅游意外险身上。

    为了加强旅保合作，上海市旅游委公布了2007旅保工作会议的指导意见，包括旅行社责任险的主要条款中不得剔除交通意外事故风险、为旅行社投保的年累计赔偿额度设定下限、旅行社责任险的保费计算应与上年经营情况挂钩以及保险公司要切实提高理赔服务的速度和水平等。

    旅行社方面表示，保险企业的保险产品设计应该适应旅游产品向参与型旅游项目(如滑雪、漂流等)延伸的需求、适合旅游形式多样化的需求，同时，扩大对中东、南非等旅游高风险地区的保险；加强旅保沟通，建立对旅游从业人员进行相关保险培训的机制；简化理赔程序、缩短理赔时间等。
