全国社保基金10年内将增至2000亿美元

    全国社会保障基金理事会理事长项怀诚3月28日表示，中国社保基金规模拟在5年~10年内增至2000亿美元。

    项怀诚在香港举行的一个投资会议上表示，社保基金去年底的市值为418亿美元。如果我国社保基金有2000亿美元资金，则将足以解决国内人口老龄化带来的部分问题。但他未就如何达到上述规模作详细阐述。

    项怀诚指出，受全球股市的强劲表现推动，全国社保基金去年实现9.3%%的收益率。他表示，去年大陆股市市值增长130%%，今年不要求社保基金收益率达到9%%。今年社保基金的目标增长率将处于合理水平，高于同期国债的收益率。一年期国债收益率现为2.25%%。
