保监会酝酿第三方理财试点 具体细节尚待完善

    记者昨天从保监会及多家保险公司获悉，保监会正酝酿出台第三方理财试点管理办法。该办法名为《保险资产管理公司第三方理财业务试点管理办法》(征求意见稿)已下发到各保险机构。

    征求意见稿中规定，开展第三方理财业务的保险资产管理公司须符合治理结构完善、连续两年盈利、建立投资监控和报告制度等条件。对于中小保险公司，允许其通过委托资产管理公司的方式投资股市。

    据了解，生命人寿已选择国寿资产管理公司为委托管理人，并引进了股票投资经理和行业投资专家，目前工作正在开展。

    目前第三方理财委托投资的范围、第三方理财的费率等方面，还有待明确。
