广州拟将建筑业纳入工伤保险范围

    广州自去年9月份开展以保障职工合法权益的金秋行动以来，全市共新增61万职工加入工伤保险。而在这批新加入工伤保险的人群当中，有着数十万从业人员的建筑领域却只有3万人参加。

    记者昨日从广州市劳动和社会保障局获悉，针对该行业工伤风险大、流动性大的特点，广州将于今年四五月间与建设部门出台关于建筑施工企业农民工先行参加工伤保险的办法，将该行业外来工纳入工伤保险范围。

    据透露，新的办法将统一按照建筑工程总造价为缴费基数，并以这一总造价的相应比例作为参保费用。既克服了员工流动性强的问题，也解决了因需连续缴费导致的缴费费率偏高的问题。目前，这一办法已经制定出台，并计划于今年的四五月间推行。
