欠缴社保百万 强制执行补齐65名职工权益得到维护

    近日，某公司为65名职工补缴了104万余元的社会保险费及滞纳金，65名职工的合法权益得到维护。

    去年，开发区监察处就对欠缴职工社会保险费的某公司，作出了补缴2002年至2006年的社会保险费总计998697.92元的处理决定。由于该企业未按期履行，开发区劳动部门向法院申请强制执行。

    由于该公司资产早已被拍卖，法院打算终止执行。劳动部门一方面请求法院继续执行，一方面积极争取支持，要求该公司主管单位配合解决职工的社会保险费问题。经多方努力，该公司为65名职工补缴社会保险费及滞纳金。  (烟台晚报)
