陈文辉:保险中介发展坚持市场化

    昨日，中国保监会主席助理陈文辉在2007年保险中介系统监管会议上表示，2007年保险中介监管工作要坚持市场化、专业化的发展方向，积极推进保险中介在保险产业链中作用的发挥，促进保险中介又好又快地发展。

    陈文辉表示，2006年，保险中介市场发展良好，保险产品销售主力军的地位基本确立，但总体水平仍处于发展的初级阶段。其中，专业中介市场化的准入和退出机制初步建立，创新能力和专业化水平有所提高，经营效益明显改善；保险营销队伍得到稳定和加强；银邮代理业务发展较快。

    据悉，截至去年底，全国共有保险专业中介机构2110家，保险营销员155.8万人，保险兼业代理机构14.1万家。全年保险公司通过保险中介渠道实现的保费收入4477.51亿元，占全国总保费收入的79.37%。

    陈文辉指出，当前保险中介市场还处于发展初期，也存在一些问题：一是保险中介与经济发展的总体要求、与保险业发展的需求、与人民群众对保险服务的需要仍不相适应。代理机构的诚信、经纪机构的专业、公估机构的公正、人才队伍建设等都是需要我们长期关注的问题。二是保险中介市场秩序有待进一步规范。三是保险中介从业人员和保险营销员的岗前培训和继续教育制度没有很好地落实。
