车险"价格战"划上句号

    日前，中国保监会批准了由中国保险行业协会制定的2007版机动车商业保险行业基本条款，2007年4月1日该条款正式实施。    

    过去几年，我市车辆保险市场以“价格战”为主要的竞争手段，以低价格吸引消费者。这种不计成本的恶性竞争，使得车险市场无法规范运作。2007版行业车辆保险条款，建立了行业车险产品体系和运行标准，使市场中主要车险产品的保障范围和价格水平基本一致，为消费者提供了一个更为透明、更为优良的消费环境，将促使车险市场竞争模式发生质的转变。4月1日起，车险“价格战”将划上句号，消费者不必过多地关注和比较价格水平，服务能力和综合实力将成为市场竞争的关键。

    近期，眉山市七家财险公司在眉山市保险行业协会的组织下协商成立了新车共保中心，对新车保险实行统一价格统一费率，全市新车将在眉山市车管所统一承保。
