粤社保基金累计余额1506亿　约占全国1/5

    4月4日，广东省委副书记、省长黄华华在全省劳动和社会保障工作会议暨表彰大会上指出，2003年以来，省委、省政府始终把劳动保障工作放在突出位置来抓，把劳动保障工作纳入“十项民心工程”，全省劳动保障工作实现了重大跨越。 

    据介绍，广东就业和社会保障体系建设走在全国前列。2006年城镇登记失业率为2.57%，是2002年实现国企下岗职工基本生活保障与失业保险并轨以来的最低点，居全国第二低位。2006年底我省城镇职工参加基本养老、失业、医疗、工伤保险人数均居全国第一。各项社会保险基金累计余额达1506亿元，约占全国的1/5。

    从2003年起，广东两次调整企业职工最低工资标准，其中去年全省平均增长17.8%，增幅为近5年来最大。人均养老金提高到890元，增幅达36%。此外，2003-2006年，全省共为449万名劳动者追回被拖欠工资37.1亿元，2006年底全省职工劳动合同签订率达88.7%。
