光大永明人寿保险公司正式启动电话变更保单服务

    近日，记者从光大永明人寿保险有限公司了解到，光大永明在继2006年10月推出的“全年全天候无间断”二十四小时人工电话咨询服务以来，再次对电话服务系统全面升级，于2007年3月12日，正式启动电话变更保单服务。     

    据了解，此项服务启动后，客户无须到保险公司，无须填写大量单证，无须等候，只需通过拨打光大永明的全国统一热线95105698，即可对客户姓名(只针对书写有误)、出生日期、身份证号、地址、电话实行变更，或者变更红利选择权、垫交期间缴费、投资账户转换、宽限期后选择权、投资账户分配比例，也可通过此热线电话追加投资、取消短期附加险等，电话变更服务项目多达十多种。
