保监会消息:一季度处罚86名保险机构高管人员

    保监会消息，1季度共有86名保险机构高管人员受到行政处罚。违法违规行为主要表现为非理性价格战、财务数据不真实和中介机构违规经营三种类型。

    各保监局对263家保险公司分支机构、保险中介机构进行现场检查。其中，检查产险机构150家，检查寿险机构80家。各保监局严肃追究高管人员的领导和管理责任，共处罚122人，其中高管人员86人。

    查处的违法违规问题集中表现为三种类型。一是非理性价格竞争问题，占比34.89%，主要是违规批单退费、擅自修改条款、变相降低承保费率。二是业务财务数据不真实问题，占比30.64%，主要是虚列营业费用、虚挂应收保费、制作阴阳单、坐扣、截留保费。三是保险中介机构违规经营，占比25.53%，主要是虚开中介发票、与非法机构和个人发生业务。

    针对查实的各类违法违规行为，各保监局依法给予严肃处理，共对234家保险机构实施235家次行政处罚，同比增加213.33%。
