    答：粉尘作业工人的卫生保健措施有：①就业前的健康检查，及时发现从事粉尘作业禁忌症，如活动性肺结核、慢性肺部疾病、严重的慢性上呼吸道和支气管疾病以及心血管疾病等。②进行定期健康检查，早期发现尘肺病人，及时采取防治措施。③定期对粉尘作业环境进行监测。了解作业场所劳动条件，及时落实或改进防尘措施，改善劳动条件。④加强粉尘作业工人的个人防护，常用的个人防护用具有防尘口罩、防护面罩、防护头盔和防护服等。粉尘作业工人必须养成良好的个人卫生习惯，如勤换工作服、班后洗澡、保持皮肤清洁。还应加强营养，劳逸结合，生活有规律。
