超过退休年龄能否办社保

    吉安王先生：我原先在乡镇企业干了20年，后来单位解散了，一直未办理社保。今年，我62岁了，是否还能办理社保？

    记者跑腿：江西省劳动和社会保障厅养老保险处一工作人员告诉记者，社保延续缴费至65周岁是指男性达到法定正常退休年龄，而社保缴费年限未缴满15年的，可延续缴费至65周岁。而如果已超过正常退休年龄未办理社保，是不能再办理社保的。(信息日报)
