法再保险拟在瑞士2次上市

    法国再保险集团(SCOR)4月4日宣布，在完成了对瑞士竞争对手Converium Holding AG的公开要约收购后，集团将从纽约证券交易所退市并申请在瑞士证券交易所二次上市。集团对退市的时间预期为今年6月。

    法国再保险集团2006年净收入增长92%。扣除与收购德国人寿再保险商利富世再保险公司(Revios)相关的商誉减值5400万欧元(约合7210万美元)后，该集团税后净收入为2.52亿欧元(约合3.363亿美元)。与2005年相比，毛保费增长22%，为29.4亿欧元(约合39.2亿美元)。
