个人可办社保不可办医保

    晋江曾先生咨询：个人可否申请医疗保险和社会保险？需要什么手续？

    泉州市医疗保险管理中心工作人员答复：个人不具备申请医疗保险的条件，所以个人不能办理。

    泉州市社会劳动保险公司工作人员答复：具有城镇居民户口的人员，可到自己户口所在地的街道办事处开具一张灵活的就业证明，就可持本人户口本和身份证到户口所在地的县区社保机构进行办理。

    个人公司属于有限公司

    安溪县黄先生咨询：我想开一家公司，想了解一下，个人公司与有限公司有什么不同？安溪县工商局注册科高先生答复：个人公司是属于有限公司的一种类型，有限公司的注册资本至少要3万元，而个人公司的注册资本至少需要10万元。(泉州晚报 )
