分红险红利个人所得税或被叫停

    自从广州、哈尔滨、新疆等全国十几个省、市地区的地税部门，开始向保险公司要求对分红险保单红利征收20%的个人所得税后，保险业对这一政策反应就非常强烈。

    而中国保监会近日组织的一次由财政部、国家税务总局和在京部分保险公司负责人参加的内部研讨会上传出消息，分红险红利个人所得税可能被叫停。不过这一计划尚无明确时间表。在保险业界看来，对分红险的红利征税，不但存在对投保人双重征税的问题，而且，与同为投资类产品的开放式基金享受免税待遇相比，分红险遭遇了不公平待遇。
