北京拟引入保险高管任职考试

    记者昨日从北京保监局获悉，北京保监局正考虑引入保险高管人员的任职资格考试，有望在今年年内成型。

    据北京保监局曹洪俊透露，引入保险高管的任职资格考试制度是对公司内控评价和高管人员全面管理的一部分。“目前，相关业务部门已经有了初步意向，但具体考试内容和方案还在研究中，比如考查其金融法律、业务知识等内容。”近年来，保险公司高管的违规违法行为呈上升趋势。据了解，今年一季度，全国各保监局共对234家保险机构实施235次行政处罚。

    在处罚的122人中，高管人员有86名，其中责换高管21人，同比增加61.54%。
