国务院要求实现社保基金保值增值

    国务委员兼国务院秘书长华建敏在全国社保基金理事会第二届理事大会第三次会议上表示，全国社会保障基金是中央设立的专门用于社会保障的补充、调剂基金，全国社保基金理事会一定要正确处理风险和收益的关系，坚持安全至上，加强风险控制，管好老百姓的“养命钱”，努力实现保值增值，提高基金收益。
