太平人寿将贷款+理赔保险保障落到实处

    日前，大连娄女士收到了太平人寿大连分公司的理赔款，这笔赔款比她在三个月前曾主动要求退保的情况多出8000多元。原来，三个月前娄女士曾经拨通太平人寿大连分公司服务热线，因急于筹钱给其父亲即被保险人娄先生治病而要求退保。了解事情原委后，太平人寿大连分公司作出分析，如果办理退保，只能按现金价值退还42600元，因此建议其到分公司办理保单贷款，根据其保单情况可获得贷款34000元，以解燃眉之急。

    按照保险企业有关规定，保单贷款必须由被保险人本人亲自办理，但考虑到被保险人娄先生的特殊情况，太平人寿大连分公司从人性化角度出发，特事特办为娄先生办理了保单贷款手续。

    3月初，娄先生不幸病故。娄女士前往太平人寿大连分公司办理理赔手续，娄先生病故理赔金额共为51507.32元，扣除34000元贷款及900元贷款利息，娄先生家属仍可获得16607.32元赔款。假如当时娄女士选择直接退保，则只能获得42600元现金。

    对此，保险公司专家提醒，消费者根据需求购买保险后，可以根据需要“用好”这张保单，发挥其最大价值和功效，以避免出现不必要的损失。保险企业也应从客户角度出发，以客户利益最大化为宗旨，将保险的保障功能真正落到实处。
