保险公司回应重疾险 承诺老客户不会受损

    近日，中国医师协会与中国保险行业协会正式对外公布了《重大疾病保险的疾病定义使用规范》。本市相关保险公司对此积极回应，承诺老客户利益不会受损。

    新华保险近日就8月1日前有关重大疾病定义标准执行的问题发表了声明。声明中指出保险合同是份长期的契约，也是保险公司对客户长期的承诺，所以无论疾病定义怎样变化，新华人寿都将继续承担已售保单条款中的各项责 

    任，在保险事故发生时按照约定的责任内容进行赔付。另外，光大永明相关负责人也介绍，对于在该公司未正式实施《规范》之前签订重疾险合同的客户，公司正在积极地与其进行沟通，并将向客户做出相应承诺。
