保险公司风险管理指引出台

    昨日，保监会颁布了《保险公司风险管理指引(试行)》(下称《指引》)，对保险公司以及保险资产管理公司的风险管理体系的建立进行了全面的规范。《指引》指出，保险公司应当识别和评估经营过程中面临的各类主要风险，包括：保险风险、市场风险、信用风险和操作风险等。

    《指引》指出，风险控制包括明确风险管理总体策略、制定风险解决方案和方案的组织实施等内容。同时，监管部门要求保险公司针对不同类型的风险，可以选择风险规避、降低、转移或者自留等风险管理工具，确保把风险控制在风险限额以内。
