缴生育保险后何时享待遇

    成都一读者近日来电问老蒋，缴纳生育保险多长时间才能享受其待遇？其待遇有哪些？老蒋咨询了相关部门，现回复如下：根据《成都市生育保险办法》中规定：女职工保险待遇为，参加生育保险的单位和人员按规定不间断、足额缴纳生育保险费满12个月后，符合《四川省人口与计划生育条例》有关规定生育、施行计划生育手术的女职工，由社保机构按下列标准拨付生育保险待遇。

    (一)生育津贴：以女职工生产前12个月本人的生育保险缴费工资总额除以365日后，按不同情形分别计算生育津贴：1.妊娠满7个月生产或流产的乘以90日；2.妊娠满3个月不满7个月生产或流产的乘以42日；3.妊娠不满3个月流产的乘以14日；4.剖宫产增加15日；5.多胞胎的每多生产一个婴儿增加15日。(二)生育医疗费包括女职工因怀孕、生育发生的检查费、接生费、手术费、住院床位费和药品等费用。生育医疗费实行定额结算。
