领取失业保险金有啥规定

    南昌陈先生：我从2002年开始就在一家服装厂做工，因与厂里的管理人员打架，上个月我被开除了，这种情况下我能领取失业保险金吗？

    记者跑腿：记者从南昌市职工失业保险管理处了解到，同时具备下列条件的失业人员，可以领取失业保险金：按照规定参加失业保险，所在单位和本人已按照规定履行缴费义务满1年的；非本人意愿中断就业的已办理失业登记，并有求职要求的。(信息日报)
