中国人保财险率先推出车险理赔信息网上查询服务

    中国人保财险电子商务网站(www.e-picc.com.cn)继推出网上投保交强险、商业车险服务之后，在业内又率先开通理赔信息网上查询服务。自2007年4月1日开始，北京地区的客户只需登陆beijing.e-picc.com.cn就能够全面、及时了解车险理赔处理过程，包括：查询理赔案件进度、查勘定损照片等信息，该服务不仅方便客户了解理赔进度，使理赔服务清晰透明，而且更有利于防范道德风险，全面保障客户权益。
