国寿澄清:集团暂无整体上市计划

    今日，中国人寿保险股份有限公司发布澄清公告，称近期有多家媒体报道本公司控股股东中国人寿保险(集团)公司整体上市一事。本公司董事会就上述有关事项书面咨询了集团公司并获其书面回复：集团公司目前没有实现整体上市的安排或时间表。

    公告提醒，本公司无应披露而未披露的重要信息，公司将严格按照有关法律、法规的规定和要求，及时做好信息披露工作。公司指定的信息披露媒体为《上海证券报》和《中国证券报》，公司所有重要信息均以上述指定媒体刊登的信息为准。请广大投资者注意投资风险。

    而在昨日中国保监会今年一季度新闻发布会上，中国保监会新闻发言人，主席助理袁力明确表示，并没有收到中国人寿集团要求整体上市的申请。
