永诚财险推"和谐家园"租屋险

    近日，在深圳市场以财产保险见长的深圳永诚保险公司推出“和谐家园”出租屋综合保险，相对于此前已有的类似保险产品，其保障范围更为广泛，不仅局限于人身意外伤害方面，还将出租方和承租方可能遇到的直接或间接财产损失、经济责任等全部涵盖在保险责任内。

    永诚公司的“和谐家园”出租屋综合险的保障内容包括：对出租方的保障，可以保障房屋在出租期间房东的财产损失；租客在租住期间发生的多种人身意外及意外事故，可由保险公司代为理赔，规避了出租方的经济风险；如果在出租屋遭遇保险责任事故导致该房屋无法居住时，保险公司补偿房东的利润损失。对于承租方，该险种可以赔偿租客在出租屋内的人身意外伤害及财产损失。

    永诚保险“和谐家园”出租屋综合保险分设不同的保障档次，可由房东、租客各自按需选择，适应不同人群的消费需求。
