中国人寿发布澄清公告 表示暂无整体上市计划

    中国人寿保险股份有限公司昨天发布澄清公告表示，近期有多家媒体报道本公司控股股东中国人寿保险(集团)公司整体上市一事，该公司董事会就上述有关事项书面咨询了集团公司并获其书面回复，集团公司目前没有实现整体上市的安排或时间表。

    前天，保监会新闻发言人、主席助理袁力在一季度新闻发布会上也表示，并没有收到中国人寿集团要求整体上市的申请。

    此前市场有传闻称，中国人寿集团正在筹备整体上市的事宜。作为整体上市准备工作的第一步，中国人寿集团正进行内部优化改制，并且其整体上市的时间表已十分迫近。此计划会在中国人寿集团总裁杨超任期内实现。受此消息影响，中国人寿A股和H股23日起双双暂停交易。
