交养老保险"撞车" 咋办？

    朱女士：我在原工作单位已经停止工作了，但工作关系没结束，单位还照常给我交养老保险。现在，新单位要给我交养老保险，我该怎么办？

    包打听：长春市社会保险局回答：前工作单位没有解除劳动关系，后单位是不能给办理养老保险的。如果想让后单位给交养老保险，有两种方法：一是，先和原单位解除劳动合同，再与新单位重新办理相关合同手续；二是，办理调转，开一个商调表，两个单位盖章后到长春市社会保险局调转窗口办理即可。
