四川省政府出台规划 2010年养老险覆盖940万人

    昨日(27日)，省政府正式出台《四川省老龄事业发展“十一五”规划》，根据规划，到2010年，全省基本养老保险将覆盖940万人，城市国办老年社会福利机构床位数在现有基础上增加1万张，全省新办老年学校500所，并将在大中城市试点建设“爱心护理院”。

    截至2005年底，四川省60岁以上老年人总数已达1126

    万，占全省总人口的12.87%。预计到2010年老年人总数将达到1300万，约占届时全省总人口的14.6%。规划提出，“十一五”末，覆盖人数达到940万人，在原有基础上净增384万人。据介绍，下一步，重点是把非公有制企业职工、城镇个体工商者和灵活就业人员纳入基本养老保险统筹。
