中意人寿稳健发展 股东双方再度注资

    近日，记者获悉，中意人寿变更资本金的申请已经正式获得中国保监会的批复。中意人寿的注册资本金由13亿元增至19亿元，厚实的“家底”为这家成立仅5年的合资保险公司的进一步发展提供了强有力的保障。

    中意人寿由意大利忠利保险有限公司(ASSICURAZIONI GENERALI)和中国石油天然气集团公司(CNPC)合资组建，成立于2002年。今年2月，刚刚度过5岁生日。

    中意人寿表示，近年来，得益于中国保险业又好又快的发展环境，中意人寿业务增长迅猛，表现出健康、强劲的发展势头。随着业务量的快速攀升和法定偿付能力对资本金的要求，短短5年间，中意人寿已完成三次增资。股东双方携手5年来，对中意人寿的成长倾注了大量心血，对其发展前景充满信心，并给予长期发展的承诺与支持，合力打造国内一流保险公司。目前，中意人寿总资产、总保费收入位居外资、合资保险公司前列。
