中国再保险和太保走向资本市场

    中国保监会主席助理袁力28日表示，继中国人寿、中国平安在A股上市后，下一步中国再保险集团、中国太平洋保险集团也将逐步走向资本市场。

    袁力是在当日召开的“中国公司治理指数发布与研讨会”上发表演讲时作如上表述的。

    袁力表示，虽然保险体制改革取得明显进展，但是公司治理结构不完善仍然是当前保险业存在的风险之一，因为完善公司治理结构仍是今后一个时期保险业深化改革、防范保险风险的重要举措。
